By the Summer of 2009, we will begin construction for Phase 1, including a 60-ft ROW commercial collector crossing the main canyon from Hwy 337 and a regional water quality and detention pond. The first single family Section 1-A, 26 lots shown below, will come on-line in the future once sufficient demand is perceived.
