Two commercial tracts, 3.2 and 1.4 acres, are located along the Highway 337 frontage and are available for sale to an outside party. Initial land planning shows a potential layout with approximately 30,000-s.f. of upscale office, retail, and restaurant use. Restrictions will be placed on the commercial development such as no gas stations. The commercial tracts overlook the interior canyons and have dramatic hill country views. The approved Phase 1 construction plans include a regional water quality and detention pond that serves the entire 150-acre project. As such, no additional water quality nor detention infrastructure will be required to build out the commercial tracts.
