The Estates at Stone Crossing

This master planned community will offer its residents all the pleasures of an upscale large production lot neighborhood located in the Texas Hill Country.  Current landplan has lot sizes ranging from 60-ft by 120-ft to 70-ft by 130-ft with a total lot count of 240. The landplan may change with increased lot sizes depending upon input from builders. Many of the proposed home sites will benefit from open space, beautiful existing trees, and dramatic canyon views.

Amenities

The proposed amenities serving residents of the community include a pavilion, 3,000-sf resort style pool with cabanas, tot playground, tot splash pad, open event lawn, 1-acre wet pond water feature, trails, and 35 to 40 acres of parkspace.  The combination of amenity facilities will be designed to foster a family oriented community with a series of trails and trailhead parks for hiking and nature walks proposed within the two interior canyons.
