The Estates at Stone Crossing

We are currently under a real estate contract with the Larry Peel Company, http://www.larrypeel.com, who will be building 300 condominiums on 25 acres within the Estates at Stone Crossing development. Mr. Peel is the owner of the Landmark Lofts in New Braunfels which is the LCRA power plant re-development project.

Mr. Peel envisions a “300-unit, low density condominium-for-lease project located on top of a peninsula overlooking a heavily wooded, 100-foot-deep canyon in The Estates at Stone Crossing. The dramatic topography offers spectacular views of the canyons and surrounding Texas Hill Country. The gated, garden-style community will feature an elegant clubhouse, a fully-equipped Fitness Center with a sauna and steam room, and a resort-style swimming pool. The exterior of the two-story buildings will feature native Texas stone, natural stucco, cedar, barrel-tiled roofs and will be accented by hand-carved stone columns and large, private patios and balconies.
