The Estates at Stone Crossing

Phase 1 Construction Plans Approved

All required local, state, and federal development permits have been approved for the Phase 1 construction of the Estates at Stone Crossing. Phase 1 includes the construction of a collector roadway crossing the main canyon to the body of the 150 acre tract, regional water quality & detention facilities, NBU facilities, TxDOT Hwy 337 Turn & Decelleration Lanes, and other related infrastructure. The Phase 1 Final Plat will include the commercial, townhome, and multi-family tracts. A future Phase 2 will begin the single family portion of the project.

On July 16, 2009, initial construction will begin to clear the Phase 1 area and rough cut the community entrance at Hwy 337 along with the canyon crossing. Guided tours are now available to prospective buyers.
