The Estates at Stone Crossing

Approximately 42 luxury townhomes are proposed on a bluff overlooking the northeastern portion of the property. The townhomes are not proposed within Phase 1 of the project, but we are interested in bringing in a builder for these residences or selling the acreage to an outside townhome developer. The approved Phase 1 construction plans include a regional water quality and detention pond that serves the entire 150-acre project. As such, no additional water quality nor detention infrastructure will be required to build out the townhome tract.
